B. Vegetative propagation
The vegetative propagation is a type of asexual reproduction in which sex organs are not involved. The vegetative parts such as stem, leaves of a plant, are used to produce offspring. The offspring are genetically similar to the parent. A potato tuber is a modified stem which contains buds. The buds give rise to many new plants when tuber is sown. Thus, propagation through potato tuber is a type of asexual reproduction.
